ORDERING & PAYMENT

After you submit it, you will receive a confirmation message informing that your order has been accepted.

To get your order to you at the earliest convenience, there is no option to modify it. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] to cancel the order; please place a new order on the website www.buzzar.ca

After you receive first confirmation message, you will get a second email with your tracking number in it. That means your parcel is in Canada Post Tracking System and will be sent out in 24 hours.

SHIPPING

Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. We will ship it out via Canada Post by one of the options you have been selected at the checkout. Please visit the SHIPPING PAGE for more details.

Important. Please pay attention when you providing the shipping address. We are not responsible if you input the address incorrectly.

After we processed your order, we will send you an email with your tracking number in it.

Sure, we do ship but please note that customs and additional fees may apply for international shipments. For further information please contact your local customs office and/or authorities in your country. Also, visit SHIPPING PAGE for more details.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide returns on international orders at this time. We will keep you posted when this option is available.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUND

We are pleased to inform that we offer returns on defected products only. You can return it within 14 days of the shipment confirmation. The return shipment cost will be covered by us.

Once you discovered the defect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to arrange the return. We will provide you with the instructions.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible but please allow at least two weeks from the shipping date on your return.

We believe that our product is a premium quality and you enjoy it as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you are welcome to make an exchange within 14 days of the shipment confirmation.

Once we get back the return, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing it at the warehouse. Once it processed, you will be credited to your original method of payment in a timely manner. Delays may be expected during the Holidays and Promotion period.

1) Simply, place the item(s) back in its original packaging with all original boxes, receipts, documents, hang tags, tags, labels and/or wrappings. Items must be unwashed and unworn.

2) Securely seal the package, tape the Canada Post shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible. Drop off the package at a Canada Post location near you.

3) The return label will be provided to you in the instructions email.

Jumpsuits:

  • Cotton 95%, Elastane 5%
  • Cotton 82%, Elastane 8%, Angora thread 2%, Polyester 2% for fabric strength Care

Sets Lycra Sport:

  • 46% cotton, 46% polyester, 8% elastane
  • 80% polyester, 20% elastane

Here are some tips for the best bet:

  • Always check the care and content label for specific information on how to care for your gear
  • Turn your gear inside out and wash it in cold water by hand or on delicate / low cycle
  • Dry low heat or hang to dry for best conditions
  • Avoid mixing LYCRA® fibre with Cotton. Do not wash or dry with Towels
  • Avoid using fabric softener because it coats the technical fabric and inhibits its wicking capabilities

We have fabric knitting manufacturers in Europe. We choose manufacturers that have all the equipment required to produce the specific fabrics that match European and Sport needs.
